IWS Unit 2 Central and Southern Italy will be offered as an in-person class with weekly tastings. (Strict COVID guidelines will be followed for all in person classes. Class will commence with a minimum of eight students enrolled. Class will be on Tuesdays beginning October 5, 2021 and concluding with the final exam and class on December 7, 2021, from 6- 9pm.
