IWS Unit 1: Northern Italy, will be offered as an in-person class with weekly tastings. (Strict COVID guidelines will be followed for all in person classes and proof of vaccination is required.) Class will be held on Tuesdays beginning February 15, 2022, and concluding with the final exam and class on April 26, 2022, from 6- 9pm at Hidden Valley Country Club in Sandy, UT. Class participants will be expected to order a dinner of their choosing from the menu at their own expense.
Cost is $995.00 which includes all tastings, instruction, manual and Online E-Study course.
