Join Wasatch Academy of Wine for a totally new experience. First, we are going to learn about and enjoy Italian wines from lesser known regions including: Basilicata, Campagnia, and Marche. Second, we get to experience these wines in a new restaurant- Scelto located at 849 East 9400 South in Sandy. Class will be held on July 30 from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase a dinner from the Scelto menu and tip their server accordingly.
