The Italian Wine Essentials course is a five week course that dives deeper into specific Italian wine regions and wines than a one night class. Class will begin Oct. 2 and continue every Wednesday until Oct. 30 from 6-9pm at Kimi's Chop and Oyster House 4699 South Highland Drive in Holladay. Class participants are expected to purchase a meal of their choosing from the Kimi's menu each week and tip their server accordingly.
