Friends, Food and Fabulous Wine will unite in February to showcase the wines of Central Italy including: Marche, Abruzzo, & Toscana. Class will be held February 4th from 6-9pm at Carmine's Italian Restaurant 2477 East Fort Union Blvd in Cottonwood Heights. All class participants are expected to purchase a dinner of their choosing from the Carmine's menu and tip their server accordingly.
