Embark on a journey through the vineyards of Spain with the Wine Scholar Guild's Spanish Wine Essentials Course that is taught exclusively through Wasatch Academy of Wine! Explore the rich tapestry of flavors, traditions, and stories behind the wines of Northwestern, Northeastern, and Southern Spain. Course is taught on Tuesdays from 6-9 pm at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 South 1300 East (Sandy) from July 8 - August 19, 2025. The course fee includes a comprehensive study manual, weekly wine tastings, lectures focused on regional specialties, an online study course that pairs with the in-person classes, and an exam. Course participants will be expected to purchase a meal from the Fratelli menu weekly, and tip their server accordingly.
