We welcome you to join Spanish Wine Essentials students to learn about and experience some of the most unique and special wines in the world including the fortified wine- dry sherry, as well as wines of Andalucia, Jumilla, and Utiel Requeña. Class will be held on January 29, 2026 at Cafe Madrid 5244 Highland Drive in Holladay from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase a meal of their choosing from the Cafe Madrid menu and tip their server accordingly.
