The wines served for this class will come from California, Washington State, and New Zealand. Learn about the similarities and differences between the old world and the new world in terms of wine grapes, wine styles, and flavor profiles. Class will be held on February 24 from 6:30-8:30pm at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 South 1300 East in Sandy. All participants are expected to purchase their own meal from the Fratelli Menu and tip their server accordingly.
