Wines served this evening will include the regions of: Cotes du Rhone, Loire Valley, and Languedoc Roussillon. Learn about some of the less talked about regions of France while still enjoying similar taste profiles, nuances, and terroir of these areas. Class will be held on March 24 from 6:30-8:30pm at Carmine's Restaurant 2477 East Fort Union Blvd, Cottonwood Heights. All class participants are expected to purchase their own meal from the menu and tip their server accordingly.
