This class will focus specifically on different styles of bubbles from France: Champagne, Crémant, & Petillant Natural. Class will be held on July 14 from 6:30-8:30pm at Kimi's Chop and Oyster House 4699 S Highland Drive in Holladay. Class participants will be expected to purchase a meal of their choosing from the menu and tip their server accordingly.
