NOV 6- WAW Fratelli Wine Dinners: Focus of Northest Italy- Alto Adige, Friuli, & Veneto
Join us for a delicious journey through Northeast Italy, exploring the distinctive wines, foods, and traditions of Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Veneto. This four-course, four-wine experience will showcase the remarkable diversity of this corner of Italy, where Alpine influences meet Mediterranean traditions and centuries-old winemaking cultures.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the unique terroirs, grape varieties, and wine traditions of each region while learning about the families and producers who have helped define Northeast Italian wine. From the mountain vineyards of Alto Adige to the refined whites of Friuli and the iconic wines of Veneto, each bottle will offer a glimpse into the history and character of its place.
Four thoughtfully prepared courses will accompany the wines, highlighting the foods and flavors of the region and demonstrating how Italian cuisine and wine come together at the table. Class participants will be expected to tip their server in addition to the cost of the class. Class is held at Fratelli Ristorante: 8612 South 1300 East Sandy, UT from 6:30- 8:30pm.
