DEC 4- WAW Fratelli Wine Dinners: Focus of Adriatic Sea- Marche, Puglia, & Abruzzo
Join us for a flavorful journey along Italy’s Adriatic Coast, exploring the wines, foods, and traditions of Marche, Abruzzo, and Puglia. This four-course, four-wine experience will take you from the rolling hills and coastal vineyards of central Italy to the sun-drenched landscapes of the south, discovering the distinctive character each region brings to the glass and the table.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the history, geography, and winemaking traditions of these diverse regions, with a special focus on the grape varieties and families who have shaped their local wine cultures. From the elegant whites of Marche to the robust reds of Abruzzo and the sun-loving wines of Puglia, each wine will tell a story of its place and the people who make it.
Four thoughtfully prepared courses will accompany the wines, showcasing the flavors and culinary traditions of the Adriatic Coast while demonstrating the natural connection between Italian food and wine. Class participants will be expected to tip their server in addition to the cost of the class. Class is held at Fratelli Ristorante: 8612 South 1300 East Sandy, UT from 6:30- 8:30pm.
