We will be learning about the Southernmost area of Spain including Andalucia and the Islands. We will discover the many diverse and unique styles of sherry from dry to sweet. This registration includes the educational wine tasting. Each student is expected to purchase a dinner of their choice from the Cafe Madrid Menu. Class is: July 28, 2021 from 6-8:30pm.
