Each of the levels of Chiantis, DOCGs, as well as the area of Montalcino and San Gimignano will be poured and discussed in this class. You will also learn about wine styles and still wine production processes alongside students who are studying for the Italian Wine Scholar Post Nominal Certification course. Class attendees are expected to order and pay for a dinner of their choice from the menu. The class will be held at Primo Restaurant: 4699 South Highland Drive (Holladay) from 6pm- 9pm on October 19, 2021.
