Class participants will taste and learn about the wine regions of Marche and Abruzzo. We will also cover the basics of sparkling wine production as you learn alongside students who are studying for the Italian Wine Scholar Post Nominal Certification Program. Class attendees are expected to order and pay for a dinner of their choice from the menu. The class will be held at Primo Restaurant: 4699 South Highland Drive (Holladay) from 6pm- 9pm on October 26, 2021.
