Come and join Wasatch Academy of Wine as we learn about the family wine-making traditions of unique family-owned wineries . Class participants will receive education and stories along with tasting of wines. Class participants are expected to purchase a dinner of their choosing from the menu at their own expense. Class is held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, from 7 until 9pm at TBA. All participants must have proof of at least two COVID-19 vaccinations.
