Sparkling, white, and red wines from several appellations within the region of Bourgogne, will be tasted and discussed. Class will be held on Feb. 28, from 5:30-8:30pm at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 South 1300 East, Sandy, UT. Class participants will be expected to order their own dinner from the Fratelli menu at their own expense, and tip their server appropriately.
