Wines from the Lombardia and Emilia-Romagna regions will be discussed and tasted during this three hour presentation. Class is held on March 15 from 6-9pm at Hidden Valley Country Club 11820 South Highland Drive Sandy, UT. Class participants are expected to purchase a dinner from the menu on their own, and tip their server accordingly. All class participants are required to be up to date with three COVID vaccinations in order to take the class.
