Stephanie Cuadra and Sheral Schowe will take you on a tasting tour of Chianti as we discuss the region, its grape varieties, and its history. Class will be held at Carmine's Restaurant 2477 Fort Union Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT, Tuesday, July 26 from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase their own dinner from the Carmine's menu and tip their server accordingly.
