Rose wines from the top to the bottom of the boot will be presented featuring the unique grape varieties of four regions. Class will be held at Carmine's Restaurant 2477 Fort Union Blvd, Cottonwood Heights on August 16 from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase a dinner from the Carmine's menu and tip their server accordingly.
