Celebrate the beginning of the new year with sparkling wines from France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and England. The process of Méthode Traditionelle will be discussed as we taste five sparkling wines from region to region. Class will be held at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 South 1300 East, Sandy, from 12-2pm. Class participants are expected to purchase lunch from the Fratelli menu at their own expense and tip their server accordingly.
