A tasting menu with two options will be provided by the Chef. Each course will be paired with a wine from different regions in Italy. Cost is $50 which covers the education and the wines. Separate fee for the food will be charged to you by the restaurant. This event is for Premium Wine Club members only and their guests. All guests will have to verify their COVID-19 vaccination record in advance. Dinner is on June 10, 2021, from 6- 8pm at La Trattoria di Francesco on 1500 South 1500 East in SLC.
