Wine Classes
​Whether you are new to wine, or a collector of fine wines, there are many different options for you to learn about wine throughout the state of Utah. Come to one of our classes held for the public, or let us teach a private event for you in your home or other venue.

Certification Programs
​Interested in earning a post-nominal certification in wine? Earn the title of French Wine Scholar, Italian Wine Scholar, or Spanish Wine Scholar with Wasatch Academy of Wine, LLC,  the affiliate provider for the Wine Scholar Guild in Utah. Our French, Italian, and Spanish Certification courses are offered in Salt Lake City, Sandy, St. George, & Park City.

Sheral Schowe, FWS  
Owner, Primary Wine Educator

As a Native Californian, Sheral Schowe's interest has always been focused on wine.

​In 1991, Sheral founded Wasatch Academy of Wine, Utah's first wine school, and she became Utah's second wine educator and first female wine educator in the state. She grew the company by word of mouth advertising into the successful business that it is today.
