Intensive 12-week study of the wines and wine regions of France. Class participants have the opportunity to earn a post-nominal certification as a French Wine Scholar. Classes will be Mondays from 5:30- 8:30pm beginning January 29. The exam will be held April 29 for those wishing to receive the Post-Nominal. Classes will be held at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 S 1300 E Sandy, Utah.
Cost: $995.00 per person and covers all tastings, presentations, and education and an online study program + manual. Class participants will be expected to purchase a dinner of their choosing, weekly, at their own cost.
