Learn about the history of Northwest Italy as we explore the flavors of Valle D'Aosta and Piemonte. Class will be held on April 16 at Fratelli Ristorante 8612 S. 1300 East from 12 noon- 2pm. All class participants are expected to purchase a lunch of their own choosing from the Fratelli Menu and tip their server accordingly.
