- The Spanish Wine Scholar™ education program is a Spanish wine course designed to provide committed students of wine with the most advanced and comprehensive specialization study program on Spanish wine, bar none! The Spanish Wine Scholar program will be taught in person with weekly tastings beginning Wednesdays, Sept. 6, 2023 and concluding with a final exam and class Nov. 1, 2023. Sept. 6 class will be held online. All other classes will be from 6-9pm at Cafe Madrid 5244 South Highland Drive in Holladay. Class participants will be expected to purchase a dinner of their choosing, weekly, at their own cost, and tip their server accordingly.
