August 3: Premium Wine Club Dinner- Exclusive Tasting Lenuzza Wines of Friuli
Join Wasatch Academy of Wine in welcoming Stephanie Cuadra of Terrestoria Imports as we focus on the wines of Daniele Lenuzza. Vigna Lenuzza is a rare find in many regards. For starters, they make so few bottles of their individual varietal wines that one must simply hedge their bets by snatching as many labels as possible across the entire artisanal range. To call this module a unique opportunity is indeed an understatement. Those who already love the wines of Friuli will not have to think twice, while anyone who has yet to experience wines from Italy’s northeastern frontier (bordering with Slovenia) should consider this module the next essential milestone in wine connoisseurship.
Class will be held at Carmine's Restaurant 2477 East Fort Union Blvd, Cottonwood Heights from 6-9pm. Class participants are expected to purchase a dinner of their choosing from the Carmine's menu and tip their server accordingly.
