Join Spanish Wine Scholar students as we begin our journey through Spain with the wines of Green Spain including: Galicia, Rias Baixas, and Ribeiro. Class will be held on Sept. 13 at Cafe Madrid 5244 South Highland Drive in Holladay from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase a meal of their choosing from the Cafe Madrid menu and tip their server accordingly.
