When you join our Spanish Wine Scholar students in this class you will learn about the wines of Cataluña. We will teach about the origins of Cava, and the single vineyards of Priorat. Class will be on Sept. 27 at Cafe Madrid 5244 Highland Drive in Holladay from 6-9pm. All class participants will be expected to purchase a meal of their choosing from the Cafe Madrid menu and tip their server accordingly.
