The wines of the Central Mediterranean Coast will include the regions of Valencia and Murcia. Join our Spanish Wine Scholar students in learning about this spectacular area and the wines that make it so unique. Class will be held on Oct. 4 at Cafe Madrid 5244 Highland Drive in Holladay from 6-9pm. All class participants are expected to purchase their own meal from the Cafe Madrid menu and tip their server accordingly.
